The AeroCheck Eddy Current Flaw Detector is designed and manufactured in the UK and uses industry standard 12-Way Lemo and Co-axial Lemo 00 connectors, offering rotary drive capabilities as standard and also absolute, bridge and reflection probe modes without the need for adapters.

Lightweight and Rugged

The AeroCheck weighs just 1.2kg and is housed in a tough Aluminium/Mg Si 0.5 Alloy powder-coated outer case. It also offers up to ten hours battery life when used with an EC pencil probe and seven hours when operated with a eddy current rotary drive and probe.

SOFTWARE

Daylight Readable Screen

The AeroCheck features a daylight-readable 5.7” LCD Colour Full VGA  (640 x 480 pixels) Screen ensuring the Operator has excellent signal presentation no matter what the working conditions are.

Works the way you do!

The user is able to configure the colour scheme and display types to suit their personal preferences and with the built-in “flip” function the AeroCheck works equally well for left or right-handed users.

Outstanding Battery Life

The AeroCheck can be used for up to ten hours with an eddy current pencil probe and seven hours with an EC Rotary Drive and Probe.

Easy to Use Menus

The AeroCheck features a simple “single-level” menu system. In addition, any menu item can be added to the “Quick Menu” sidebar with its own easily recognisable Icon enabling faster adjustments during the inspection process.

As with mobile phone or keyboard usage, our fingers become accustomed to repeating patterns of key presses. The AeroCheck keypad has been cleverly designed to exploit this trait, with all critical keys being in the same position regardless of whether the Instrument is being operated in “right-handed” or “left-handed” mode.

Easy Icon System

In order to allow the operator to configure the instrument for ease of use there is a system of operator-selectable soft keys. Every menu item has its own easily recognisable icon. There are four soft key positions for operator selectable icons for frequently used functions and a fifth position for the last menu function used. Each saved instrument setting can be associated with a unique, one press set of quick access functions. There are also two front panel hard keys that can also be easily programmed for rapid one press access to instrument functions.

As well as being fully daylight readable, the AeroCheck Eddy Current Flaw Detector offers fantastic screen clarity with excellent and accurate inspection readings.
